Have you or your child ever experienced tooth decay?
Have you / your child ever experienced tooth decay? If you have we’d like to hear about your experiences of this condition and treatment.
We are currently designing a study looking at health and educational outcomes after this condition/treatment and would like to include your experiences, especially if admitted to hospital.
We plan to undertake the study locally and by using routinely collected health and educational data.
